Terms of supply shall govern your use of our website.

TERMS OF USE

By using our website, you accept these terms of supply in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these terms of supply or any part of these terms of supply, you must not use our website.

 

If you register with our website, submit any material to our website, or use any of our website services, we will ask you to expressly agree to these terms and conditions.

 

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website; by using our website or agreeing to these terms of supply, you warrant and represent to us that you are at least 18 years of age.

We are Rehoboth social media Ltd trading as Rehoboth Career Services, a company specialising in delivering CV / Resume consultancy services via our website: www.rehobothcareers.com. We are a UK limited company registered in England and Wales.

Resume and CV Writing Services.

LinkedIn Optimization and rewrite services.

Interview Preparation Services.  

 

 

OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
Our acceptance of your order for services will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. We reserve the right not to accept your order, and if so, we will not charge for the service(s) that you wished to purchase. This might be because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for or because we have identified an error in the price or description of a service.

We may choose to, at our sole discretion, accept requests for services from you which are urgent, but time will never be of the essence. We accept no liability for your disappointment, loss of enjoyment, or revenue if we are unable to service an urgent request.

PAYMENT TERMS.

Full payment is required before the commencement of any of our services.

REFUND POLICY.

Refunds are only available if you decide not to proceed with the services before we start work. No refunds will be provided once work has commenced.

 

‍We do not offer:

Refunds on any of our professional writing services, including CVs, Resumes, LinkedIn and Interview Coaching services.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You can always end your contract and cancel your order with us. Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have bought and how we are performing and when you decide to end the contract:

Cancelling CV Services
You may cancel (and therefore end) your contract with us if you decide to change your mind about the service you have ordered. If so, you must notify us within one day after we email you to confirm that we have accepted your order. In these instances, we will offer you a full refund of your fee however we will deduct all bank charges and payment processing charges that we incur as a result of refunding your fee to your online wallet or credit card. Once we have completed the services you ordered you cannot change your mind.

You may cancel the service because of something we have done or something we have told you we are going to do. If you are ending a contract for a reason set out below the contract will end immediately and we will refund you in full for any services which have not been provided. The reasons are:
we have told you about an error in the price or description of the product you have ordered, and you do not wish to proceed;
there is a risk that supply of the products may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control;
we have suspended supply of services for technical reasons, or we notify you we are going to suspend them for technical reasons, in each case for a period of more than fourteen (14) days; or you have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong.


 

CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS POLICY

Cancellation Policy:

 

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment for our interview preparation service. CV and resume appointments will not be eligible for a refund or session rearrangement under any circumstances.

 

No-Show Policy:

 

If a client fails to provide the required notice or misses the appointment without notice, we reserve the right to:

 

(a) Retain any payment already made for the session; and/or

(b) Charge their existing card on file for the full amount of the missed session.

We keep a copy of your CV on file for service provision purposes.

Your data is stored securely and retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.

Client Rights:

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.

Data Sharing:

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

 

 

How we can cancel your service
We may cancel the CV / Resume writing service that you agreed to purchase if, you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the service, such as not including details about your career history, alternative contact information (assuming that we are unable to contact you), or you supply us with information about you that we reasonably believe is false.

We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are compliant with the UK’s Bribery Act (2010) (The Bribery Act). We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion to terminate our engagement with you or any of our Suppliers, if we are presented with scenarios that may, or will cause us to breach The Bribery Act.
